Plant Features
Yukon Gold Potato Plants produce a highly palatable potato with buff-colored thin skin, surrounding naturally butter-flavored and colored flesh. These big, early maturing spuds do best when baked or mashed. “New” potatoes can be harvested in 45 days, and is resistant to PVA. Yukon Gold is an excellent storage potato.
