Plant Features
Red Heart Sempervivum is a richly-colored Hens and Chicks selection, its succulent leaves being just slightly fuzzy, dark, emerald green and having red tips with burgundy shading on each leaf near the heart of the rosette. Exceptionally drought tolerant and adaptable to just about any soil, even salty, as long as it is well drained, grow these in a mostly sunny bed or in pots. They are very striking planted en masse in borders or in groups of decorative pots.
